Memory and Karma

This week’s Divine Conversations with Guruji takes another look at Karma – how it affects our lives, and how we can improve our condition.
What is a memory? A memory is an artifact of past actions and information. We use it every day to help us navigate present situations.
We do this in order to lessen our pain and increase our joy.
Many times, memories serve us. A lot more times, though, our memories may be charged with an emotion from a past experience, and that emotional charge, if not consciously noticed, can affect how we handle a current situation. It can act as a knee-jerk reaction.
Could it be our cells retain memories, not only of this lifetime but of all the lifetimes of our lineage?
How does memory affect our karma? Is there a way to be able to disconnect the emotional charge associated with memories and increase our karma?
What are some practical steps to help detach our dependence on our past so that we can readily improve our karma?
Is it possible to improve your karma by observing other people’s action?
Come join us as our divine Guruji Sri Sri Poonamji helps us dive deeper into understanding the wheel of Karma on this week’s Divine Conversations with Guruji.
