What is Yoga?
This week’s Divine Conversations with Guruji takes another look at Yoga, an indepth explanation of what it is and its true purpose.
Guruji defines yoga as a synergy of combining the physical body, energetic body, and causal body with the energy flow of chi aligned through all bodies.
The physical movement of yoga allows the energies to move through all your joints and organs, nurturing them to a climax of opening the lotus in your crown.
The frequency of movements is not well understood. Yoga is meant to connect your frequency core – if you surrender yourself, then yoga will assist you in lifting your energies high.
When practicing yoga, is there a right way to do it? What should you wear, and what type of mats should be used?
